Lets Get Started & Buy Some Drugs!

Purchasing prescription drugs online without a prescription is not as difficult as it may seem; however, saving money should not be your number one goal; safety should be your biggest concern. The class of drugs that you are interested in purchasing can control how difficult it is to obtain. There are a variety of ways to purchase prescription medicine online without a "hand written" prescription, but it is important to know what you are doing, and what risks you face, before buying drugs online without a prescription written by your physician/healthcare provider.
What Kind of Medications Can I Buy?
Different online pharmacies offer different medications. If you cannot find the medication that you want at one pharmacy, it may be available at another. Some drugs, however, are not available online without a prescription. The FDA regulates drugs in different classes - making all controlled substances (anything appearing on the DEA scheduled substance list) off limits to online pharmacies. Some of the more tightly regulated drugs are nearly impossible to buy without going outside of the continental United States. This is because the Drug Enforcement Agency monitors the drugs from the time that they leave the manufacturer. True online pharmacies will never promote medicines like Vicodon, Oxycontin, Xanax, and other really strong medication because the DEA would shut them down fairly quickly. The pharmacies that are able to do this are international companies that put the liability on the person buying the medicine. We'll discuss the legality of this a bit later.

Which Medication Do You Want?
It seems pretty clear to most that we want pain medicine to treat pain or antibiotics to treat a cold, but what about all the other medicines that these pharmacies offer. How do I know what they're for? Research Research Research! In order to keep your health in good standing you better research every thing you can about it. How much should you pay? What kind of dosage should you take? What drugs does this drug interact BADLY with? Most of these online pharmacies don't offer up a pharmacists phone number to discuss these things with - and the ones that do, can they really be trusted?

Which Pharmacy To Use?
To buy medicine online without a prescription, you must know where to look. Like many unregulated industries, there are some legitimate online pharmacies and other online shops that have a web store front, but have no intention of filling your order. Once they take your money, you will not hear from them again.Online pharmacies that take payment COD or by credit card are more likely to be legitimate than those that request payment by money order or cash transfer. A COD (cash on delivery) payment guarantees that you will receive something before paying, while credit card payments can always be disputed. Another way to determine if an online pharmacy is legitimate is by the method it uses to fill your order. Most legitimate pharmacies want to remain open, and the only way to do that is to remain in good standing with law enforcement. It is required for anyone buying a prescription drug to have a prescription written by a physician. Most legitimate online pharmacies get around this rule by treading into a gray area, with something called online consultations. You must undergo an online consultation with every purchase (this is done by answering a series of health related questions). All legitimate online pharmacies have FedEx next day delivery.

Is Buying Drugs Online Illegal?
Absolutely not......if you purchase from the right medication from the right pharmacy. It's not as complicated as it sounds. Most people find one place they're comfortable with and use only that store - even though their choices for pharmacies is almost endless. Finding a good online pharmacy is very easy to do if you know what to look for. Here are a couple tips to keep you out of trouble: NO buying medicine from Canada or any other country - you cannot import drugs, NO buying controlled substances from any online pharmacy

Is it legal to buy medicine online?

Not many people know the answer to this straightforward question, some will say yes and some will say no.  The truth is it's absolutely legal to purchase medication from an online pharmacy as long as the medication is A) not a controlled/scheduled substance by the United States DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) and B) manufactured in the United States - not imported from another country (including Canada).  Due To Federal law S980: Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008, amends the Controlled Substances Act to prohibit the delivery, distribution, or dispensing of controlled substances over the Internet without a valid prescription written by a doctor who has physically examined the patient. Health Solutions Network does not offer any controlled substances either through our own websites or through our Affiliates' websites.
The difficult part of purchasing these medications is sorting through all the bullshit, scamming pharmacies to get the legit ones that follow the rules for practicing medicine via the internet.  I'm an affiliate doctor for http://fdapharmacy-online.com which is owned by Health Solutions Network.  Health Solutions Network has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and is an accredited business.  There are very very few online pharmacies with those credentials.  To summarize, if you don't import and its not a controlled substance - you're in the clear.  Side note:  never use websites that have "world wide" shipping, big RED flag.
